Returns & Refunds

Wit the exception our play mats, we do not accept returns of provided goods purchased due to sanitary reasons. if your package or item purchased is damaged and you are not happy with it, please send us a photo of the damaged good/s together with your invoice number, we will investigate and advise if a full refund will be processed.

 

Returns of Play Mats

We want to always provide our customers peace of mind and thus we offer a  return policy which is fully CPA compliant. 

However, to make use of our return guarantee you must ensure:

  • that you notify us within 10 working days why you want to return your product for a refund, stating your order number and proving us with a copy of your invoice.
  • that your product purchased is returned within 10 working days (for your own courier cost account. we will not responsible for a lost returned). 
  • the product(s) can not be damaged and should be in the same condition that you've received it.

BabyBeads will not provide refunds for;

  • Any item not brought to our attention before 10 working days after delivery.
  • Any items not returned within 10 working days
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any product that was bought on Sale 

 Refunds

Once BabyBeads have received your returned product(s) with the necessary documentation, we communicate to you via email informing you on approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned order has been approved, we will process your refund less the shipping cost incurred. If you need to exchange your product (because of personal choice and no faulty item receive) we will courier your new/exchange product at your own courier cost.
